Installing HVAC Contractor
EFS helped value engineer an existing design to bring the Rosedale Green Skilling Nursing facility project within the client’s budget and make it buildable.
As an alternative to installing air conditioning units for each resident room as well as dedicated outside air units, we installed rooftop Variable Air Volume (VAV) units on each of the two buildings and energy recovery units. This significantly reduce the required tonnage capacity and HVAC costs by more than 25% from the original design.
A Building Automation System (BAS) connected all devices so they could communicate with each other and operate effectively. The owner uses the BAS to monitor the HVAC system.
